Tell me more about the 6 months of coaching
Your journey to becoming a fully booked therapist starts with your learning from our core curriculum and live weekly coaching. You will work through short daily exercises, to allow you to take easy step by step action to grow yourself and your business. You will be invited to group coaching calls where you can ask Nicola anything on marketing or mindset, and you will be supported to implement the training each week.
The training materials are easy to access via our learning portal. No need to make a weekly class. It is easy to fit into your schedule, regardless of your timezone or other commitments. You also have ongoing access to all the materials so you can come back to these strategies again and again.
I've run the Expert Academy since 2020 and it's been amazing to see how many therapists are still using these exact strategies years later.
Part 1 - Mindset for Business

You'll uncover your ideal client, clarify your purpose, refine your offer to ensure your service stands out and tailor strategies to stand out in a busy market.
Part 3 - Client Attraction
We build on Part 2 to uncover where your ideal clients are. Learn how to attract new clients by building strategic partnerships with others in your industry, social media and how to gain veterinary referrals.

In Part 4 we take a good hard look at your relationship with both time and money, and focusing on removing beliefs and make it hard to put your prices up, or mean that you feel uncomfortable talking about money. It is a game changer!

Q: What happens on the group calls?
We have weekly live sessions together, where I will be answering your questions, as you work through the five parts from my signature system for positioning your business, attracting more clients and adding new income streams. You’ll leave the call with extra motivation and clarity on your next steps.
Q: How much time do I need to join the program?
I suggest you allow 60-90 minutes a week for learning, and 30 minutes a day to implement the actions for that week. Allowing yourself time to work on you and your business is crucial, which is why we have small daily tasks to complete.
Q: Do I get 1-to-1 help and support?
Yes you will receive a 30minute 1-2-1 call at the start of your Expert Academy journey. This is designed to give you a quick win for your business with Nicola's advice, ideas and strategies.
If you pay in full for the program you'll receive a 90 minute strategy session.
Q: What results can I expect?
The coaching programme gives you proven step-by-step methods to find more clients and grow your business. This training has helped many practitioners to grow their businesses, become fully booked and take control of their income.
Q: What happens at the end of the six months?
After your six months in The Expert Academy you’ll have the opportunity to move into one of my other programs, or graduate.
Upon graduation, you’ll still have access to all the programme resources, so you can continue to reuse the materials again and again. However, your time in our private community will come to an end. You are most welcome back at any time in the future.
